Payment is made online through the website when placing an order.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an electronic receipt in accordance with Russian law (NPD — Professional Income Tax regime).
All prices are listed in Russian rubles.

 

Shipping

 

Orders within the Russian Federation are shipped via CDEK.
Delivery times vary depending on the region and are calculated at checkout.
Each piece is carefully and securely packaged according to its shape and fragility to ensure safe transportation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

 

International shipping costs and terms are calculated individually.

 

Damage During Shipping

If you discover that an item has been damaged during delivery, the damage must be documented at the CDEK pickup point on the day you receive the order:
— complete a damage report
— take photographs
— contact us via Telegram: +7 921 659 64 41

CDEK staff will prepare a damage report, after which the shipping company will compensate the cost of the item and delivery.

We will offer you one of the following options:
— remake the item
— replace it with an equivalent piece
— issue a refund

 

Returns

 

You may return an item of satisfactory quality within 7 calendar days of receiving it.
Returns are accepted provided that the item retains its original appearance and properties.
