This sculpture is inspired by the sea and the inner architecture of a seashell — a form shaped by time, the movement of water, and the slow accumulation of matter. The soft folds of its surface evoke traces of the tide, captured at the moment when movement becomes form.
The sculpture is entirely hand-built, without molds or repetition. The process is guided by intuitive gestures: the curves are shaped gradually, allowing the form to grow and find its own balance. Traces of the making process remain visible on the surface, becoming part of both the visual and tactile experience.
The form feels like a fragment of a natural body — at once fragile and resilient. It references the seashell as a symbol of protection, silence, and inner space. The object requires no functional explanation; it exists as an autonomous sculptural statement, interacting with space, light, and stillness.
