We take great care with every piece and package each item securely before shipping. If you need to arrange a return, please review the conditions below.

RETURN OF GOODS OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY

You have the right to return an item within 7 calendar days of receiving it, in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation governing distance sales.

A return is possible provided that the item has not been used and that its original appearance and consumer properties have been preserved.

The Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning goods of satisfactory quality.

A refund will be issued within the period established by applicable law after the returned item has been received and inspected.

IF AN ITEM HAS A DEFECT

Each piece is handmade. Minor variations in shape, color, and texture resulting from the nature of the materials and the handmade process are a natural characteristic of the piece and are not, by themselves, considered manufacturing defects.

We will review your request and propose an appropriate solution. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, any costs subject to reimbursement under the laws of the Russian Federation will be covered by the Seller.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Items made to order with individually specified characteristics are not eligible for return if they are of satisfactory quality.

This does not limit the Buyer’s rights if the item is found to be defective.
